Cellulite usually appears on your thighs, stomach, and/or butt that looks like cottage cheese. It is actually another fancy name for collections of fat that push against the connective tissue beneath a your skin, that causes the surface of the skin to dimple or pucker and look lumpy. Although, its not related to being overweight, average and underweight people also get cellulite, but if you are 20 or more pounds overweight then you automatically have it. You just may not see it.
To check to see if you have cellulite, you can pinch the skin around your upper thigh and any other area you think it may develop. Your genes, your gender, the quantity of fat you have on your body, your age, and how thick your skin is directly related to the amount of cellulite you have and/or how visible it is. It’s a little less noticeable on darker skin.
Fat Loss and improved metabolism is the underlying basis for all cellulite products. Fat is the single most important component of cellulite. Fat removal, whether you accomplish it through dieting or surgically (liposuction), can benefit your overall health and well-being as well as help to improve the appearance of cellulite. Doctors are in agreement that liposuction is not an effective treatment for cellulite since liposuction is designed to remove deep fat instead of cellulite, which forms close to the skin. Also, treatments like liposuction and mesotherapy (injection of a drug into cellulite) are either expensive or may produce only temporary improvement. Your best bet is too use a more natural approach.
The only effective approach is to help the body keep the dermis beneath the skin and vessels strong and healthy and remove excessively toxic fat. Of course the best approach would be to avoid putting toxins in your body in the first place.
This can be accomplished by eating a healthy, clean, and pure diet which is high in vegetables and fruits, along with appropriate supplements and natural therapeutic treatments such as body wraps, scrubs, or therapeutic baths. There are myriad reasons, not just cellulite prevention, for removing wasted water from your system and putting it where it can be of use to your health and beauty.
