There are no exercises in this program, the whole focus is on dieting and it tries to achieve the goal of losing fat solely by that. The main idea is that people are overweight mainly because of the wrong food and wrong calories as well as eating patterns. Therefore, by correctly balancing those elements it is easy to lose unnecessary fat.

As such, this program is anti-starving and goes against any diets that go anywhere near that – such as low fat, low calorie, low carb diets. The program states that any of those diets can only damage your body as they drain your energy, while all it takes is balancing aforementioned components.

To sum up, Fat Loss 4 Idiots does not involve starving, it does not involve any pills, it doesn’t even involve exercising. Even though you should be exercising anyway, it is simply beyond that scope of this program. It does not involve any risky fat loss techniques, and has a good potential.
